Day 1
MEALS : DINNER
Pickup from Chandigarh Airport / Railway Station / Bus Stand by exclusive vehicle. Drive to Manali. Manali is 300 Kilometers from Chandigarh and will take 06:00 -07:00 hours Arrival at Manali.
MANALI ARRIVAL LOCAL SIGHTSEEING (3-4 HRS)
MEAL :- DINNER
On arrival at Manali, our representative assists to transfer you to the pre-booked hotel. Check in at the hotel, freshen up and enjoy leisure time at the comfort of your room. After Some time enjoy the city tour visiting to some of the prominent spots and attractions including Hadimba Devi Temple also called Dhungri Temple, Mall road Manu Temple, Tibetan Monastery and Vashisth Village. After enjoying exciting tour of Manali city return back and enjoy at your free will (reserved for leisure). Dinner and Overnight stay will be at the hotel in Manali.

After early morning breakfast, we will head out to Kaza.En route, we’ll be traversing through the iconic Kunzum Pass.We will reach the headquarters of Spiti, Kaza by late evening and check in to our designated stays. Dinner will be served in the evening followed by an overnight stay in Kaza.

Day 3
MEALS :- BREAKFAST & DINNER
Post breakfast, we’ll head out to visit the Key Monastery locally known as Kye Gompa followed by a visit to the highest post office in the world, Hikkim.
Afterward, we’ll move towards Komic village which is one of the highest villages in the world connected by a motorable road.
Last but not least, we will visit the land of fossils, Langza, and visit the Buddha statue that sits on top of a hill overlooking the village.
Finally, we’ll head back to Kaza where we will have dinner and spend the night.

Post-breakfast, we will head out to visit the pristine Chandratal which is a crescent-shaped lake mimicking the moon.
En route, we will be traversing the iconic Kunzum Pass and make a brief stop at Chicham Bridge which is Asia’s highest bridge.
Upon arrival at our designated campsites, we'll check in and then head towards the Chandratal lake to spend some leisure time by the lakeside.
Dinner will be served in the evening followed by an overnight stay in the campsites.
Note: If the weather conditions don't permit us to stay in the camps near the Chandratal lake, we'll stay in the Batal region instead.

IMPORTANT NOTE
- The above package can be customized as per the customer’s Requirement.
- Check In & Check Out Time as per Hotel Policies
- Meals Timings must be followed as per the instructed time of the hotels. For any un-availed meals, we shall not be responsible.
- We shall not be responsible for any cancellation of cabs or buses due to bad weather & are not liable for it.
- In Himachal, The facilities of Hotel, Services, and Aids etc cannot be matched to developed destinations. Hotels in Himachal are categorized on the basis of location,
- Services and costing and not as per Star Categorization i.e.;1*, 2*, 3* and so on.
- We may have to re-schedule the sightseeing days due to the closing of any monument during that particular day as to ensure smooth execution of tours.
- Extra cost would be applicable for any unforeseen event.
- No discount will be provided after confirmation.
NGT RULES & REGULATIONS
- National Green Tribunal (NGT) has implemented few restrictions & instructions for every traveller visiting Rohtang Pass which are as follows:
- The number of vehicles to Rohtang Pass is restricted to 1000 /- per day, out of which only 600 petrol engine taxis and 400 diesel taxis will be allowed.
- Due to this restriction customers might have to wait in standby slot.
- Environmental Compensation charges of INR 1000 /- for petrol vehicles, INR 2500 /- for diesel vehicles and INR 5000 /- for six sitters (or above) will be charged.
- This cost is not included in the package and customers themselves have to pay the desired amount on the way to Rohtang Pass
- Visit to Rohtang Pass can be on individual/sharing / by Deluxe Bus Sub to Availability.
HOW TO BOOK PACKAGE???
- For booking confirmation, Please follow the instructions mentioned below:
- 50 % of the total package cost must be deposited as an advance in our company’s account to confirm the package.
- We can also accept the booking at 10 % of total package cost, if and only if you confirm the desired package before 15 days of your travel date.
- But please keep in mind that rest of the 40 % must be cleared before 15 days of Travel Date. Failure in doing so will lead to cancellation of the tour.
- Remaining 50 % of the package cost will be collected on arrival.
- Customers must carry the issued confirmation letter on their trip as it contains important information like a confirmed hotel, Cab Details and Service contact Numbers
PREPONE AND POSTPONE
- If in case you wish to prepone /postpone your travel dates, we request you to inform us 15 days in advance via mail.
- We do not charge anything if the package is postponed/ prepone once. However, after the first time, additional charges will be levied.
- Please note that the services and the costing will be subject to availability of Hotel/Volvo and season/offseason time. (Do intimate us 15 days prior to your journey)
- We do not accept any change in the plan within 15 days of travel date. However, in rare cases like adverse climatic conditions or strikes,
- the package can be postponed which will intimate to you beforehand.
- Advance can be utilized within 1 year from the date of advance payment.
AMENDMENTS / CANCELLATIONS
- Advance amount is non-refundable if the customer cancels his/her booking because of reasons like Illness, personal problems death, accident or No Shows.
- Also Note that all cancellations must interact in writing.
- The company has complete authority to change the package costing due to hike in tariff & taxes of hotels, transportation or any other service that has been provided.
