Day 1

DELHI TO SHIMLA

MEALS: DINNER..
Pickup from Delhi Airport / Railway Station by exclusive vehicle. Drive to Shimla. Shimla is 350 Kilometers from Delhi .Arrival at Shimla. Check into the hotel. Dinner & Over Night stay in Shimla.

Day 2

SHIMLA – KUFRI SIGHTSEEING

MEAL :BREAKFAST & DINNER
After breakfast travel towards the famous hill spot of Kufri. Get yourself free to enjoy the scenic beauty of Wild Flower Hall, Kufri. Enjoy horse riding, yak riding (own cost) in the apple orchids, fun world Kufri, Himalayan National Park evening return to Shimla & visit local sightseeing of Shimla . After that back to hotel. Dinner and overnight stay in Shimla hotel.

Day 3

SHIMLA TO MANALI VIA KULLU

MEAL :BREAKFAST & DINNER
Morning checks out from the Hotel & drive to Manali (7-8 Hours), the valley of Gods, is a combination of natural splendor and rich cultural heritage. On the way stop a while at Sundar Nagar Lake, Mini Kashi Mandi ,Pandoh Dam, Hanogi Temple, Aut tunnal and Kullu. Rest of the day at leisure. Night stay in Manali.

Day 4

MANALI SNOW POINT SOLANG VALLEY/ ROTHANG PASS NGT AREA (OWN COST )

MEAL : BREAKFAST & DINNER
Enjoy the morning breakfast at the hotel and later get ready for an excursion to visit Solang, Nehru Kund. Solang Valley is outstandingly beautiful and is an ideal spot to view the majestic snow covered Himalayas, serene natural surroundings, pristine lake and fairy white snow round the year. In Solang Valley you can enjoy Adventure activities also i.e. PARAGLIDING, ZORBING, ROPE WAY and SKIING at own cost. Overnight stay at Manali.

Day 5

MANALI LOCAL SIGHTSEEING

MEAL: BREAKFAST & DINNER
After breakfast proceeds to Visit the 450 years old Hadimba Devi Temple built in the tranquil and serene woods, the oldest temple in Manali, Tibetan center & monastery, Club House, Vanvihar, Vishist Temple and Mall Road Manali. Night stay in Manali.

Day 6

DROP DELHI

MEAL: BREAKFAST
After breakfast Checkout from Hotel and drive to Delhi . And our cab will drop you Delhi Railway Station / bus station / Airport. On word Journey. Tours end with sweet memories.

Meals Timings must be followed as per the instructed time of the hotels. For any un-availed meals, we shall not be responsible.
We shall not be responsible for any cancellation of cabs or buses due to bad weather & are not liable for it.
In Himachal, The facilities of Hotel, Services, and Aids etc cannot be matched to developed destinations. Hotels in Himachal are categorized on the basis of location,
Services and costing and not as per Star Categorization i.e.;1*, 2*, 3* and so on.
We may have to re-schedule the sightseeing days due to the closing of any monument during that particular day as to ensure smooth execution of tours.
Extra cost would be applicable for any unforeseen event.
No discount will be provided after confirmation.

NGT RULES & REGULATIONS

National Green Tribunal (NGT) has implemented few restrictions & instructions for every traveller visiting Rohtang Pass which are as follows:
The number of vehicles to Rohtang Pass is restricted to 1000 /- per day, out of which only 600 petrol engine taxis and 400 diesel taxis will be allowed.
Due to this restriction customers might have to wait in standby slot.
Environmental Compensation charges of INR 1000 /- for petrol vehicles, INR 2500 /- for diesel vehicles and INR 5000 /- for six sitters (or above) will be charged.
This cost is not included in the package and customers themselves have to pay the desired amount on the way to Rohtang Pass
Visit to Rohtang Pass can be on individual/sharing / by Deluxe Bus Sub to Availability.

HOW TO BOOK PACKAGE?

For booking confirmation, Please follow the instructions mentioned below:
40 % of the total package cost must be deposited as an advance in our company’s account to confirm the package.
We can also accept the booking at 25% of total package cost, if and only if you confirm the desired package before 15 days of your travel date.
But please keep in mind that rest of the 15 % must be cleared before 15 days of Travel Date. Failure in doing so will lead to cancellation of the tour.
Remaining 60 % of the package cost will be collected on arrival.
Customers must carry the issued confirmation letter on their trip as it contains important information like a confirmed hotel, Cab Details and Service contact Numbers and Service contact Numbers.

PREPONE AND POSTPONE

If in case you wish to prepone /postpone your travel dates, we request you to inform us 15 days in advance via mail.
We do not charge anything if the package is postponed/ prepone once. However, after the first time, additional charges will be levied.
Please note that the services and the costing will be subject to availability of Hotel/Volvo and season/offseason time. (Do intimate us 15 days prior to your journey)
We do not accept any change in the plan within 15 days of travel date. However, in rare cases like adverse climatic conditions or strikes,
the package can be postponed which will intimate to you beforehand.
Advance can be utilized within 1 year from the date of advance payment.

AMENDMENTS / CANCELLATIONS

Advance amount is non-refundable if the customer cancels his/her booking because of reasons like Illness, personal problems death, accident or No Shows.
Also Note that all cancellations must interact in writing.
The company has complete authority to change the package costing due to hike in tariff & taxes of hotels, transportation or any other service that has been provided.
